Tattoo Appointment Information

 

 

To make an appointment please stop in the shop or give a call

(215) 788-5304. A $50.00 minimum deposit is required. We will complete a Tattoo Appointment Deposit Form containing your appointment date, time, artist, etc. as well as artwork description. The below referenced Refund Policy will also be included. You will receive a copy of your deposit form to keep.

 

YOU MUST BE 18 years old to make an appointment (or furnish proof that you will be 18 yrs. old on the appointment date)!

 

NO ID, NO APPOINTMENT, NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

 

REFUND POLICY

Total deposit amount will be applied to final tattoo cost. Deposits are non-refundable once ANY tattoo work has been completed. If there is a need to reschedule or cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours is required (48 hours or more is preferable). If you give less than 24 hours notice or simply don’t show up, all deposit money is forfeited. Any subsequent appointment rescheduling will then require another full deposit. All rescheduled appointments must take place within 3 months of the original appointment date.
